“For me, it was the first training at which I have ever participated, related to PCM. I have participated on other seminars as well, but, with different content than this one. In my organization we tried to prepare a project, however, we were not able to do it right. I turned to MCIC, with writing a simple letter, asking them to provide training on project preparation, office management, independent financial working, access to donors, etc. What I acquired here, for a period of only few days, is of immeasurable value for me and my organization. For example, the project I prepared here for the purpose of practice, with my working group, I will immediately submit it to my organizations and to several other organizations and foundations”
"I personally believe that this training will contribute to the improvement of my work in a way that I will implement the knowledge acquired in this seminar in every stage of the project cycle. Now I already have a lot of ideas that I know how to carry out, which might have been my disadvantage before this training. My opinion is that every NGO should have a trained and suitable team that will work on the projects professionally in order for the whole effort and engagement to have any results. That is why I feel that these training seminars should be further intensified,"
“It’s what I need! I had many problems regarding archive working and I think I am about to solve these problems, and thus in the future I am positive about finding job”
“I perform administrative and translation responsibilities in ESA, for more than 5 years. This is my second training on archive working and they really help me to work properly in this field. I think after this training, I will be able to work according to the regulations”
"We have achieved what, in my opinion, we all came for – we realized that the strategic and organized way of exchanging information with the public will significantly increase the rating that our organization has, while the spontaneity and being unfamiliar with public relations can cost us a lot"
"I do not have experience in this area. The training I received was welcome. Now I know how to approach the donators, how to prepare an application. There was a good working environment in the group. I hope that what I learnt at the training seminar will help me in approaching them"
"The regular MCIC trainings contributed to the strengthening of the human resources in the NGOs and have particularly improved the institutional and organizational capacities, with training on appropriate organizational systems and procedures for formulation, monitoring and evaluation of projects. The training on Project Cycle Management is considered to be probably the best on offer in Macedonia presently."
“The MCIC organizational support programmes are extremely relevant and important for the involved organizations.
“The training component was the most relevant, efficient and effective from the network’s activities. The training is characterized with high quality, trainers have high standards and the evaluation from the participants was very positive”
"As a participant in the training for strategic planning I perceived both the strengths and weaknesses of my organization, as well as its place in the outside environment which is a fundamental precondition for undertaking further steps and creating development interventions with the aim of strengthening my parent organization and its successful development. I recommend that you take part in this training seminar because you will be able to use the acquired knowledge and skills in your every day work and in preparing strategic plans for your organization which is a condition for its successful functioning, carrying out its activities and building its image"
"I do not have experience in this area. The training I received was welcome. Now I know how to approach the donators, how to prepare an application. There was a good working environment in the group. I hope that what I learnt at the training seminar will help me in approaching them "
"Considering the whole experience up until now, I can say that I really needed a training course such as this. With this training I acquired new knowledge that I have already started to use in managing the ensemble"
"Gender relations and its development are a completely new approach. The training helped me learn to recognize things and relations. I believe that the most useful thing in this training is that it can be applied in the everyday activities of "women" citizen associations and in the everyday life of every woman. Organizations should include the gender component in their programs and their operation in general more obviously"
